As a print-on-demand business, every item is custom-made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is sent into production and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the issue is confirmed, The Box Box Co. will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Box Box Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
